Property Rules
a) We adhere to very strict visitor policy. Visitors are not allowed at our apartment premise. Violation of the same will lead to check out on the spot.
b) Any Damage to the property or goods done by the individual will lead to penalty and shall be deducted from Deposit.
c) All utility bills like Electricity bill-Cable Bills are to be cleared by 2nd of every month, failing to clear that will entertain an penalty and interest upto 12%.
d) All complaints will have immediate solutions, all complaints need to be mailed on liveinnapartments@gmail.com
Please note all utility bills like Electricity bills are separate from the deposit paid. You are requested to clear electric bills before moving out for smooth release of deposit. ANY UNPAID UTILITY BILLS WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED IN DEPOSIT.
Notice Period - You are requested to serve a 30 day notice period after completing the Lock in Period for smooth release of Deposit. Mail needs to be marked on liveinnapartments@gmail.com.
Our properties are located very close to various Corporate Parks and Business Hubs. We all know that location plays a very pivotal part in selecting any paying guest accomodation facility. So our guests need not travel long distance from their work place to reach their Facility.
We provide Daily Housekeeping in all our flats and maintain very high levels of hygiene to make stay of our guest comfortable. We also provide facility where in if the guest is unhappy with the cleaning done, he can call the property manager and can request him to redo the housekeeping in front of him.
Our apartment kitchens are equipped with Induction Cooktop and Utensils, Washing Machine, Refrigerator. These facilities are common between all guests in a particular flat.
The societies where our flats are located have 24 hours BMC water, CCTV cameras, Gated Security and have accessible markets
